PArsnip & Shiso

Stout

Many Brewers use imported nuts to flavor their Stouts. we thought, why not use something Swedish and locally-grown to give the beer these notes. And we thought, why not use parsnip? When fried it develops a really nice nuttiness, which is perfect for a stout. to add something extra we used some fermented shiso leaves giving the Brew some of that sweet marzipan flavor. this all adds up to a smooth complex and flavorful black beer
